About the role
Barron's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility includes the most advanced techniques for precision metal casting, CNC machining, welding, and quality testing. Our highly-engineered products are used in aerospace, defense, space, energy production, and other commercial industries.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines using Fanuc and Mazak machine & controller
- Program parts using Mastercam and Tebis
- Perform set-ups including storing work offsets and setting tool lengths
- Work independently with little supervision
- Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and customer required records
Requirements
- 3+ years experience operating CNC mills and lathes with Fanuc and Mazak machine & controller
- 2+ years experience programming parts using Mastercam and Tebis
- Experience with castings a plus
- Clear communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions, and customer required records
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
Skills
- Fanuc and Mazak machine & controller on CNC mills and lathes experience (3+ years minimum)
- Mastercam and Tebis programming abilities (2+ years minimum)
- Experience with castings a plus
- Clear communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions, and customer required records

Schedule
- 8, 9 or 10-hour shifts
- Some weekends
- 2nd shift start 3:00 pm
