CNC Production Operator

About the role

Operate all CNC/manual machining and painting equipment to produce finished goods. Adhere to established production processes to meet customer specifications and individual production goals.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge of all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions
• Set up and operate production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as needed
• Calibration and use of measurement equipment
• Produce finished goods in accordance with production goals
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure product quality meets established guidelines
• Utilize forklift to move materials and finished goods as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to all safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Mechanical skills, ability to read micrometer, blueprints, and various calipers
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work all jobs within the department
• 0-1 years of manufacturing experience
• CNC and blueprint reading experience preferred

Following a conditional offer of employment, candidates will complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted by applicable law.

Pay

Starting pay: $24.81 per hour (plus $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift). Top pay: $29.64 per hour; employees typically reach top pay within 1 year.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
