CNC Press Brake Op (all shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute sequenced instructions, work orders, and blueprints to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Perform proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Set up, load, and operate press brake or punch press equipment according to production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies.
• Utilize fixtures, templates, and other material control devices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Participate in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete forming and general shop assessments within the first week of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Previous metal forming or press brake experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $20.00-31.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience).
• $1,000 or @1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment.
• First Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM, 4-Day Work Week.
• Additional Shifts: Friday-Sunday, 6:00AM-6:30PM, 3-Day Work Week - work 36 hours get paid for 40.
• Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour for First Shift and Additional $1.50/hour for Additional Shifts.
