Your Profile
- 2-4 year degree, desired (Technical and/or Vocational degree - Metal machining/Apprenticeship) and/or equivalent experience as operator
- 0-2 years experience within the cutting tool industry working with and/or programming CNC machines or Tool and Cutter Grinders such as: Saacke, Walters, Anca or Strausak machines (3-5 years desired experience)
- Demonstrated experience with metal cutting principles: power, thrust, balance, microfinishes, geometries
- Good Active listening; Verbal and written communication
- Mechanical aptitude
- High quality awareness
- Willingness to work all shifts and when necessary overtime
- Eager and ready to learn
- Demonstrated ability in solving problems within the team and the overall operation
- Punctual and reliable; Organized and keeps order/cleanliness
