CNC Operator, Semi-Skilled

About the role
This is a 2nd shift position in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The role involves exposure to shop-floor hazards and requires wearing PPE, following safety protocols, and performing production tasks under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety rules and protocols
- Perform quality checks and preventive quality measures
- Maintain a clean workspace, free of debris, and leave the area organized at shift end
- Operate crane hoists to move products between staging, machines, and WIP areas
- Run machines following standard procedures and safety protocols
- Input programs via machine interfaces (if applicable)
- Perform tooling changeovers and adjustments as instructed
- Interpret drawing dimensions, quality specifications, and critical features
- Report machine maintenance or performance issues immediately
- Transport WIP using carts, walk-behind lifts, or forklifts as needed
- Adapt to changing workflows and perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods
- Ability to read (or learn to read) a tape measure and other measurement tools
- Ability to interpret (or learn to interpret) part drawings and quality specifications

- CNC Machine Operator experience
- Proven employment longevity
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
