The Role We're seeking a CNC Operator III - Entry-US to join our LaVergne, TN team, working Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3PM. In this role, you'll operate multiple 5-6 axis end form grinding machines in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. You'll work with advanced CNC equipment including EWAG Compact, Linear, and Haas machines to produce precision components. This position offers hands-on experience with complex machining processes while contributing to products that impact industries worldwide. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be valued and developed. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC 4 and 5 axis end form grinders, loading and off-loading inserts from multiple machinesPerform quality inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure proper dimensions and visual characteristicsTroubleshoot moderate to complex problems and adjust grinding programs to optimize cyclesMaintain tooling and equipment, resurfacing as needed to ensure optimal machine performanceDocument production information accurately and communicate safety, quality, and product issues across shifts What We Need To See From You You have a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes.You can read and interpret blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and work instructionsYou're comfortable standing for extended periods and can lift up to 33 poundsYou demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety proceduresYou're reliable, dependable, and thrive in a collaborative team environmentBasic understanding of G-code or CNC programming is preferredExperience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms is preferred Ready to build your future with us?
