CNC Operator - Co-op
Job Summary
The Intern supports day-to-day manufacturing and production activities while gaining hands-on experience in a factory or operations environment. The role focuses on learning standard production processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to operational efficiency.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Supports daily shop-floor and production activities by following standard operating procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.
- Assists production teams in meeting output targets.
- Performs basic data recording and housekeeping tasks.
- Participates in training, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
