Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Set up machines and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality
- Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of CNC operating experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
