CNC Operator

About the role

Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, woven reinforcements, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and additive manufactured parts. We are seeking a CNC Operator for our Burlington, WA location.

Responsibilities

• Operation of industrial equipment, primarily 5-axis milling machines.
• Prepare and load tools and parts onto the machines.
• Follow process and work instructions.
• Inspect product to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Work in a team environment to produce high quality composite parts in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Must present proof of US Person status prior to hire.
• A stable work history, preferably in manufacturing, is preferred.
• A minimum of six months hand and power tool experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate power tools and machines with moving parts.

Pay

Summary pay range: $23.96 - $34.53 hourly wage rate.

Schedule

The selected individual will work on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
