Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and machining centers) - Load materials, secure parts, and execute work orders based on specifications and blueprints - Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspection and measurement - Complete work order documentation accurately - Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace - Collaborate with team members and assist with training others - Follow all safety and quality standards while actively contributing ideas for improvement

Requirements

- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions - Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machining tools - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy - Basic to intermediate math skills and problem-solving ability - Experience using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) - Ability to work independently and manage priorities - Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production

Qualifications

- Prior manufacturing or machining experience - Vocational or technical training in machining or fabrication

Skills

- Proficiency with CNC equipment and related tools - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Basic to intermediate math skills - Problem-solving abilities - Measurement tool proficiency

Pay

$22+ based on experience + 15% Shift Differential
