CNC Operator-2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking skilled Level 2 CNC Mill Machine Operators to join a premier manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift. This position offers competitive pay and benefits in a safe, welcoming environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Pay

$19–$21 per hour, depending on skill level

Responsibilities

• Independently run and inspect parts while adhering to strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Follow work instructions (WI) to verify parts meet required specifications
• Perform WI checks completely and accurately
• Perform basic setups, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot minor issues
• Assist with Statistical Process Control (SPC) duties as required
• Read and interpret simple blueprints
• Apply basic knowledge of tooling types and their functions
• Consistently meet or exceed daily production goals with low scrap rates
• Train new operators on basic skills
• Use all required measuring equipment proficiently

Requirements

• 1–3 years of CNC machine operation experience
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers, or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
