CNC Operator 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Operate HAAS CNC machine
• Load and unload parts
• Change offsets in the machine if needed
• Properly load programs to the machines
• Make tool changes and set tools
• Support and report issues to team lead/supervisor
• Follow all processes and procedures during the shift
• Escalate problem areas to shift team lead/supervisor as appropriate
• Ensure jobs are run in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery
• Quickly turn around parts and maintain accuracy within established guidelines
• Complete operator PMs during shift
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• A solid commitment to customer or employee service
• The ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools for correct tolerances
• Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility

$17.07 - $21.11 per hour
