What you will do
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods
- Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts
- Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
- Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection
- Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements
- Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Follow quality system and safety rules
- Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously

What experience you need
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three years of CNC setup experience
- Strong understanding of feeds/speeds, cutter paths, work holding, and tooling
- Ability to hold and inspect tight aerospace tolerances (0.001" or better)
- Experience with G-code editing and troubleshooting machining issues
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Bonus points for experience machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, or other aerospace alloys.
