CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR
About the role
We are a locally owned modern machine shop located in Greenwood, Indiana. We utilize CNC and manually operated equipment and have served various industries for over 50 years. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and produce forge tooling, carbon fiber molds, and plastic closure molds.
Work Schedule
The day shift operates from 7:00am to 5:45pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to 3:45pm on Friday. Lunch break is from 12:00pm to 12:45pm each day. The standard work week is 48 hours with some flexibility. Additional overtime is available if desired.
Job Summary
Operate CNC Milling Machine to produce required parts. Monitor machining operations to ensure proper results. Read and follow process sheets and drawings to perform machining operations. Follow required quality control procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Any trade or vocational school is a plus
- Experience level: Preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
- Physical ability: Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, able to stand and push loaded carts, able to stand in work area during shift
- Personnel tools: Preferred candidate has some tools, but not a requirement. Precision Products provides specific gages as required for the operation.
