CNC Mill or Lathe Programmer

About the role

Netzer Metalworks is currently hiring CNC programmers. The position offers medical and dental benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and operates in a climate-controlled facility. Five years of relevant experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
• Absorb and assist operators and setup personnel when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company
• Use standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of techniques, tooling, and materials
• Ability to communicate and train as needed

Qualifications

MasterCAM experience is preferred but training is available.

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
