Overview

Join us as a Machinist Mill (CNC) and see how your variety of routine and non-routine machining make a difference and how critical it is to helping us deliver on our purpose and achieve our goals. Element HB is searching for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined person to add to the Machine shop. This role will be responsible for operating various Machine Shop equipment in the production process.

Shift Hours

Shift hours: Fri - Sun 4 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Salary

Salary: $22/hr - $26/hr + $5 shift differential

Responsibilities

Set-up, operate and monitor machinery to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner, including machining a variety of samples to close tolerances
Able to read and interpret documents such as drawings, operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
Experience in the use of machine tools and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
Able to review and apply Standard Operating Procedures and Quality requirements using GMP’s
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

Prior CNC milling machine operation experience preferred
Technical/vocational training in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minor programming skills a plus
Recent NTMA enrollees or graduates encouraged to apply
