CNC Machinist Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Loading AM materials into the CNC machine.
• Loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
• Cleaning and maintaining the machine.

CNC Machinist Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years previous work experience or technical training as a CNC Machinist for CNC 3, 4, & 5 Axis CNC Mills.
• The ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
• The ability to collaborate with AM Engineers.
• A strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and meet required deadlines.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The ability to lift to 75 lbs.
• The ability to listen and follow instructions thoroughly.
• The ability to work off shifts as needed.
• The ability to walk throughout a manufacturing facility.
• The ability to work overtime when required.
• Must be a US Citizen (or currently permitted to work in the US).
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
