CNC Machinist Trainee

WFI International Division of Bonney Forge, a leading manufacturer and supplier of integrally reinforced branch connection fittings to the power, oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, is seeking a CNC Machinist Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC VTL, lathes, and NC Mills.
• Check work center status at the beginning of the shift and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Validate programs by producing a proof part for review.
• Perform first article inspection and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct in-process inspections of production parts to maintain and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform setups, edit programs, and run production of parts.
• Use precision gauges, micrometers, and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
