CNC Machinist/Mold Maker

About the role

This is a top of the line precision team position at Intralox, a captive molder that operates a high-tech, in-house mold making department. We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our milling department/mold shop.

Responsibilities

- Optimize a newly installed 5-axis Makino mill to produce hardened mold components. - Work as part of a tight-knit mold fabrication team of 10 senior and apprentice mold makers. - Access to the latest software, tools, and training to succeed.

Requirements

- Experience with CNC machining and mold making. - Proficiency with 5-axis machining. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Relevant certifications in CNC machining and mold making. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

- Proficient in CAD/CAM software. - Knowledge of mold making techniques and materials. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
