About the role
CNC Machinist II specializing in 1st shift Swiss turning operations within a precision manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, perform offsets, and conduct in-process inspections.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality, life-impacting products for medical, aerospace, and defense applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CNC machining, specifically Swiss turning operations.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, tolerances, and inspection processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and safety procedures.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
