CNC Machinist/Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, or other manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Show strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commit to quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Show strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, or other manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience setting up CNC equipment.
  • Experience editing offsets, tooling, and machine programs.
  • Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, Mazatrol, or other CNC controls.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience holding tight tolerances and performing advanced inspections.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.

Pay

$24.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills.

Schedule

Daylight Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
