CNC Machinist Level III (Multi-Axis CNC)

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC machines
• Produce precision components while maintaining tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
• Make machine adjustments and tool offsets to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
• Work closely with team members to improve processes and maximize productivity
• Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
• Experience with multi-axis machining
• Previous experience with Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn machines is highly preferred
• Experience with Citizen and/or Star machines is a plus
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and be coached

Pay

$28.00 - $35.00/hour DOE + 10% shift premium

Schedule

B Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
