About the role
Manufacture precision components for medical devices in a clean, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills and lathes.
- Interpret complex blueprints and perform in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances.
- Execute tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams, document production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with CNC machining, including tool changes and program adjustments.
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
