About the role
The CNC Machinist (Contract) is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts
- Follow detailed blueprints and ensure accuracy of parts
- Perform quality checks on produced parts
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Keep equipment clean and maintain machine logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in CNC machining
- Proficient in using CNC machines and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to various job sites
