Key Responsibilities
- Previous CNC Operator experience: mill turn and lathe GD&T print reading
- Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, metrology.
- Ability to indicate vices. Coordinate x, y, z.
- Knowledge of machining principles.
- Operate CNC machines from provided work instructions from work order or set up personnel.
- Verifying dimensional characteristics of parts.
- Maintain expected cycle times and production schedule.
- Completion of all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous CNC Operator experience or technical school course work completed.
- 3 years experience with machine set-ups (for Setup Machinist level).
- Reading blueprints and using hand tools.
- Prioritizing tasks and maintaining production goals.
- Self-starter with a good attitude.
- Attention to detail and a strong desire to produce quality products.
- Previous experience in Aerospace or defense machining environment preferred.

About the Role
The position involves working directly with major aerospace manufacturers such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman to produce high-tolerance, complex geometry parts using standard and exotic metals. The role requires operating CNC machines, setting up operations, and ensuring quality control.
Schedule
2nd Shift: M-Th 3:30pm - 2:00am, base pay plus 20% shift differential.
Pay
- Machinist I: $26.40/hr - $36/hr
- Machinist II: $30/hr - $48/hr
- Setup Machinist: $33.60/hr - $50.40/hr
