CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift 15% Shift Differential!

DRT Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Shift(s) Available 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift | Monday–Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Overtime Available Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machinesRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructionsPerform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program editsConduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsMaintain production documentation and quality recordsFollow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturingProficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretationExperience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-codeAbility to perform machine setups with minimal supervisionKnowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferredWaterjet experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment Why Join DRT? 15% shift differentialCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work on complex aerospace componentsClean, technology-driven manufacturing environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunities Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to precision, quality, and innovation.
