CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Determining materials needs
• Pulling up programs for routing needs
• Confirming placement of material on the machine
• Moving material manually or using an automatic feeding mechanism
• Monitoring machine operation, and modifying control mechanisms to secure uniformity with specified tolerances

CNC programming is not required for this position.

Requirements

• Solid experience setting up and operating CNC-controlled equipment, preferably in a Lead role
• Two (2) years of CNC Operator experience
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, rulers, gauges, and calipers
• Knowledge of shop mathematics
• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 8-10 hours per shift excluding breaks/lunch
• Available to work some Saturdays

Schedule

• Starting out, this position will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 10 hours a day, and most Saturdays.
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Pay

Competitive wages starting at $17 plus (pay based on experience), weekly bonus pay, and new hire milestone bonuses.
