CNC Machine Operator

About the role

Trevi is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to produce cuts, parts, and specialty items from various types of metals using CNC machines (press brake, water jet, laser cutter). This position is based in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machinery:
  • Calibrate machinery as needed for each specific job.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and rough sketches.
  • Load material and unload finished parts/products.
  • Use safe practices in all aspects of work.
• Maintain CNC Machinery:
  • Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine daily maintenance.
  • Keep the machines and surrounding shop area clean and free of obstructions, detritus, and other hazards.
  • Ensure machines are updated with the latest software and bug fixes.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safe welding/fabricating practices.
• Ability to write operating instructions in English.
• Ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications or equivalent.
• Operational and/or experience in the construction industry preferred.
