CNC Machine Mechanic Intern

About the role

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This includes pumping peanut butter into jars, oil in cars, gluing shoe soles, windows, and phone screens, spraying vehicle finishes, pill coatings, house paint, and wall textures. Responsibilities

• Assist in performing preventative maintenance and simple repairs of all company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and Graco-owned manufacturing assets.
• Assist in performing simple testing and repair in the areas of hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical, and electronics.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues to determine the course of action.
• Assist in keeping accurate maintenance records.
• Assist in meeting operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work while minimizing waste by caring for product, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
• Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).
