CNC Grinding Operator 2nd shift

As a CNC Grinding Operator on the 2nd shift, you will join the Cutting Tools team under the Production Supervisor, contributing to our mission while gaining access to growth and mobility opportunities across an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing & CNC operator experience.
• Programming experience with G‑code a plus.
• Self‑motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (contingent on offer).
