CNC Grinding Machinist
Position Summary

It is with you that industry can do it! We are currently seeking a CNC Grinding Machinist, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!
Schedule
- 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am
- Competitive pay rates based on experience, plus shift differential
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances
- Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation
- Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- 1 year of manufacturing & CNC operator experience
- Programming experience with G-code a plus
- Self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for precision
