Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability.
  • Performs advanced level PMs on equipment.
  • Executes projects assigned on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or troubleshooting.
  • Follows manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced equipment problems.
  • Aids other Maintenance Techs on advanced PM’s and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Tracks maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Maintains proper spare parts needed for PM’s are maintained, on hand, and/or available at time of PM.
  • Reviews equipment failures with other Technicians, Engineers, and/or Manager annually to determine if content and frequency of PM’s need modified.
  • Performs duties with minimal supervision.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

  • 7+ years of experience performing PM’s and Maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Intermediate level experience with CNC equipment.
  • Intermediate level experience working with computers and MS Products.
  • Experience managing spare parts inventory.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
  • Ensures all maintenance actions are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.

Preferred Job Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

  • 2+ years of CNC equipment operation – Mills, Lathes, Hones.
  • 2-year technical degree or trade certification.
  • 5+ years of experience performing PM’s and troubleshooting CNC equipment issues.
  • Forklift certification.
