What you bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or certifications are a plus
• Hands-on experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing or machine shop setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability
• Comfort working with CNC machinery and other advanced manufacturing tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, prints, and schematics
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
• Flexibility to adjust hours and respond to urgent maintenance needs
