Responsibilities

• Maintain personal lending goals and drive lending performance within the division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and referral sources, coordinating outreach events and presentations.
• Partner with the training department to onboard new lenders, support ongoing training efforts, and reinforce lending best practices and updates across the team.
• Provide daily support and coaching to retail lenders and streamline communication between the lenders and support departments improving workflow.
• Builds Positive Relationships With Internal And External Clients By Valuing Other's Feelings And Rights In Both Words And Actions, And Embracing Other's Unique Beliefs, Backgrounds, And Perspectives By Demonstrating Respect- Treat colleagues, clients and community members with dignity and fairness.
