As a CNA 1 at Dennett Rehab Center, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch care and compassion to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding) Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.
