About the role

Willow Springs Healthcare Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team in the beautiful Palm Desert area. The center is under new management and is building an energized culture that prioritizes both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Document care provided in a timely and professional manner
• Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of California
• A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
