About the role

The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervising nurses
• Administer medications as directed by a physician or nurse
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
• Engage in social activities to promote resident well-being

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay

Competitive Starting Rates: $21.64/hour - $22.61/hour

Schedule

Part-Time Position Working Every Weekend
Receive a 25% increase to the regular rate for all weekend shifts worked!!
12-hour shifts for flexibility and work/life balance
Current Shift Available: Part-time positions, both 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
