Responsibilities
- Provide basic care to patients
- Aid patients in their daily activities
- Watch for changes in patients and report them to the nursing team
- Collect and record vital patient information
Qualifications
- Be certified in the state of Indiana
- Be passionate about serving others
- Have professional appearance and behavior
- Meet basic qualifications set by the Indiana Department of Health (read, write, and perform simple math)
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
- Satisfactorily pass a physical examination
