CNA WARD CLERK

Performs a variety of clerical duties by preparing, compiling and maintaining patient care records for the hospital nursing unit. Also provides direct care to patients within the scope of his/her training and experience under direct supervision of a professional nurse. Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 year of hire.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience or a Medical Terminology Course (or equivalent).
