CNA WARD CLERK

Job Duties

• Prepare, compile, and maintain patient care records for the hospital nursing unit.
• Provide direct care to patients within the scope of training and experience under the direct supervision of a professional nurse.
• Think and work independently as well as with direction.
• Communicate with staff members in a fast‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 year of hire
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Preferred: Minimum one year of experience
• Preferred: Medical Terminology course or equivalent
