This is a PAID TRAINING class with guaranteed full time employment upon successful completion of the class. Pay of $18.50/hr during training.
About the Role
At Garden Spot Village, our CNAs provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role ensures residents' needs are met with dignity, respect, and safety, while supporting household activities and the overall well-being of residents.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
- Responsible for the safety of residents
- Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents
- Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed
- Documentation in electronic medical record system
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and electronic medical record systems preferred
- An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents
Schedule
After successful completion of training you will be offered a full-time position for our evening shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend!
