About the Role
The CNA/SRNA is responsible for providing hands-on training, coaching, and skills development to caregivers preparing to work independently in clients’ homes. This position helps caregivers build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills necessary to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while following each client’s individualized care plan.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proper caregiving techniques.
- Observe caregivers as they practice and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure caregivers are prepared to handle daily responsibilities in a client’s home.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
