What Does the Job Entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes individual community outings. Examples of some outings are the movies, shopping, going to dinner, baseball game, bowling.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• A compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• A valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
