• Monday: 3pm–11pm
• Tuesday: 3pm–11pm
• Wednesday: 3pm–11pm

About the Role

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community outings offer individuals opportunities to integrate into the community and enjoy activities such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, and bowling.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, with TB updates every two years thereafter

Although not required, candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA, and HHA type work, as well as students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs, are encouraged to apply.
