Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Making sure residents are comfortable and safe
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and restful environment
- Supporting nursing staff with care routines and documentation
- Providing companionship and reassurance during nighttime hours
Requirements
- Valid California CNA certification
- A heart for elder care and rehabilitation
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred
