Join our team as a Flex Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you'll play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their outpatient procedure experience. In this fast-paced environment, you'll help maintain efficient patient flow, provide direct clinical support, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and patient-centered care experience. This high-volume procedural setting cares for approximately 20 patients each day and offers the opportunity to build a diverse clinical skill set while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient intake, including pregnancy testing, laboratory specimen collection, and documentation of essential patient information
• Preparing and supporting patients before, during, and after procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assisting with airway management within scope of practice
• Performing bladder scans as directed within scope of practice
• Cleaning and preparing patient rooms between cases, ensuring proper sanitization and readiness for the next patient
• Maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Schedule

• Variable days, Monday–Thursday
• 8-hour shifts
• Start time of 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.
• Flex position
• No weekends or holidays
