About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in Burgaw, NC and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we prioritize our core values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed!

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, etc)
• Ranging of motion activities
• Bolus feeding
• Catheterization
• Oxygen administration
• Oral/Nasal suctioning

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification
• Copy of TB test
• Current CPR
• Valid state identification
• At least 18 years of age
• Good emotional health
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift within guidelines
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Cooperative attitude towards providing services
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Positive and lasting impression
• Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly

Qualifications

• Must have valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification, copy of TB test, current CPR, and valid state identification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have good emotional health and be able to physically tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines and teaching provided by the state
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and document the care as directed
• Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Must have the physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly
