About the role

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care—physical, emotional, and social—to residents of the healthcare building. Aides are a key component of the Riddle Village team, ensuring residents are happy, safe, and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical care to residents.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Maintain a friendly, sociable demeanor and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Enthusiasm for working with elderly residents.

Schedule

• Part‑time: every Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (12‑hour shift).
