Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting, mopping, picking up/taking out the trash.
- Assist with laundering, ironing, and changing bed linens.
- Prepares shopping list, purchases and puts up groceries, prepares and serves meals.
- Cleans the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots and pans.
- Cleans and operates equipment in the home such as the vacuum cleaner, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and other small appliances.
- Assists clients with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, mouth and denture care, shaving and finger and toe nail care (NO CUTTING), and hair grooming.
- Assists clients with mobility including ambulation, transfers, and body position change.
- Assists clients with toileting-bedpan, commode chair, or urinal (empties and cleans).
- Completes activity sheets neatly and accurately by following the care plan.
- Complies with all the home care program's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.
- MUST HAVE AUTO INSURANCE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
- MUST HAVE SS CARD AND BANKING ACCOUNT (OR OTHER) FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT.
