Key Responsibilities

• Aid clients with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility needs, including transfers, ambulation, and using mobility aids.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and cleaning.
• Maintain vigilance over clients' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to the care manager.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications as per their care plan.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or recreational activities as required.
